Gals, I am ready to answer YOUR questions

Car buying can be an all day affair, an all weekend experience, a month long adventure or a year long quest. Regardless of the type of shopper and driver you are, I can help. Believe it or not, car buying can actually be fun. Chances are, car buying will always be time consuming, so be prepared! When you visit the dealership(s) and car lot(s) bring a charged cell phone, a bottle of water, snacks, a magazine, and sunglasses. (More things you may want to throw into that Prada purse on the way to the dealership: coupons from the internet, advertisements from Sunday’s paper, printouts of the cars you found on AutoInq.com, notes to yourself, reminders to double check, a memo pad and pen, and a calculator.)

Gals, you want to hang around and take advantage of AutoInq.com! With my help, you’ll become a competent confidant car shopper. Car shopping brings a new meaning to the terms “wear and tear”. Three hours in a dealership can have you seeing blurry, totally confused, driving away in a car you didn’t want, with warranties you didn’t need, and velour interior you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy. Be patient in your purchase and heed my on-going advice, you’ll be thankful at the end of the…road.

Write a personal list of car priorities and use it for reference throughout the purchasing process (yes, it’s a process). For example your list may read: 1) Less than $45,000.00 including all fees and taxes 2) 4door sedan 3) brand spanking new 4) factory installed navigation 5) dark color 6) buy not lease

New, used, pre-owned, buy, lease, balloon, finance, overseas delivery, trade-in, demo, sales person, assistant manager, manager, finance manager, service manager, warranties, extras, insurance, safety, gasoline, resell value, MSRP, invoice price, dealer price, your price, friends and family price….the car topics are endless, yet buying a car is TOTALLY manageable.

There are four separate major entities to the car buying process, and each major entity must be viewed and conquered totally separately.

First, the new car.

Second, the trade in car.

Third, the buying/leasing/financing.

Fourth, everything else.

Often times you may hear salespeople telling you “It’s a good deal!” The only time buying a car is a “good deal” is when both you and the dealer are satisfied and happy. I don’t care how cheap the car is, or how many thousands of dollars you can save, if you’re not happy, then it’s NOT a good deal!
